Our mission is to create an early learning environment for young children that encourages creativity, independence, self-confidence and inquisitive learning. It is our hope that each child leaves LRLC with the ability to be a kind and contributing member of their community and a steward of their environment.
We encourage children to learn at their own pace in ways that are best for them.

Where it all Started: Community Protestant Church
From the very beginning, the Community Protestant Church has been at the heart of Little Rangers’ story. Since our inception in 2017, when community leaders Bob Everest and Angie Everest as well as other members of the church helped transform Little Rangers into a licensed early learning center, their monthly donations have continued to make a lasting impact.
Through their faithful support, we’re able to offer scholarship assistance to families in need—helping to significantly reduce tuition costs and ensure that every child, regardless of circumstance, has access to quality childcare and early education here in West Yellowstone.
We’re deeply thankful for the Community Protestant Church and their ongoing commitment to the children and families who make our community strong.

Community Spotlight: Northstar Organics
Since the spring of 2025, Northstar Organics, a locally owned business led by a dedicated team of professionals, has been a steadfast supporter of our childcare center and early education programs here in West Yellowstone. Their ongoing monthly contributions have made a tremendous difference — helping us expand our outdoor learning program, host community fundraising events, and even repair our dishwashers so we could relaunch our food program, providing nutritious meals to our young learners.
We’re deeply grateful for Northstar Organics’ commitment to early childhood education and to the families who call our community home. Their continued generosity helps ensure that every child has access to quality care and a nurturing place to grow and thrive.
